Abstract

This research its study the international civil liability for damages caused by the spread of Covid-19. Responsibility is the most important principle of any legal system, whether this system is internally or internationally Because every legal system includes rules that protect rights, and when assault those rights in violation of these rules It has a legal effect Called responsibility. There are multiple responsibilities in the human community. The most important of these responsibilities is legal responsibility, which classify for criminal and civil liability. Civil liability is classifying into contractual and default liability. The international legal system includes, Like the internally legal system, Legal rules regulating civil and criminal responsibility. Because of our field of research its international civil liability, we will focus on this responsibility without international criminal responsibility.
