Abstract

Charity work is voluntary assistance from individuals and institutions to other individuals who need them.Charitable work is a measure of the development of societies that adopt them and the standard of their development. There is a close connection between the concept of philanthropy and the concept of community reform through the benefactor, as well as through the recipient, and of course both are human beings. Human is the building block of the basic society, and the welfare of society as a whole, comes from the good of man individually. Therefore, philanthropy is an important factor in social stability by meeting the needs of the poor and preventing them from resorting to illegal methods to meet the basic needs of their daily lives. In addition, philanthropy plays an important role in contributing to the elimination of social problems, by providing an appropriate basis for reform among adversaries, whether members of one family, etc.Since the goal of the law in general is to organize the community, and because this is also a charity work, it is clear how important this research in studying the international legal dimensions of charitable projects aimed at reforming society.
