Abstract
Addiction manifests itself in many different ways in people. These are behavioral addictions as well as substance addictions. Computer games addiction, which is an example of behavioral addiction, has emerged as an important problem with the development of technology in the modern age. This problem has personal and social reasons. It tends to occur especially in secondary school and high school age children. In this context, this research on children revealed the levels of game addiction. The reasons why the game addiction levels of the children studied were lower than those shown in the literature were investigated by referring to the opinions of the students’ parents.
